Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter to drive net-new business in assigned territories, building executive relationships and managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

You will leverage outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and vendor partnerships to create pipeline, work with marketing and partners, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce. A 4-year degree and 5 years of related experience are typical.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter mentality with track record of net-new business
• Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise tech
• Ability to communicate value to executive decision-makers
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
• Experience working with vendor partners to accelerate acquisition
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Salesloft and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and organized in a metrics-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories
• Build and execute territory and account plans to create pipeline for Citrix and Arrow solutions
• Develop executive relationships with IT decision-makers to position value-based solutions
• Drive full sales cycle from outreach to close, coordinating with partners and internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and vendor teams to convert demand into opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce and other systems
• Conduct regular business reviews with leadership on territory performance and growth strategies
• Promote Arrow's value-added services and lifecycle capabilities
• Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline targets
