Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Field Sales Representative II to drive growth across the Charlotte, East Tennessee and Upstate South Carolina markets. You will define markets, build key relationships, and promote Arrow’s full life cycle programs including supply chain solutions.

You will develop strategic account plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with vendors and customers in a technical environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience in our industry.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and territory.
• Ability to promote Arrow’s full life cycle programs including supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Defining markets and new customers in the territory and planning strategy for solution selling.
• Maintaining relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and challenges.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services.
