Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions seeks a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E based in the Dallas area to drive strategic sales in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas markets.

You will build and maintain key customer relationships, develop strategic plans, and lead quarterly business reviews to grow sales and improve customer service across Arrow’s offerings. The role is hybrid, with time on the road and in a shared Dallas space.

Qualifications

• 2 years of components sales experience within the industry is required.
• Must live in Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas market from Dallas/Fort Worth, planning strategy and developing key relationships.
• Promote Arrow offerings and provide complete account management across the sales cycle.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
• Work a hybrid schedule with Mondays in the Dallas shared space and the rest on the road/remote.
• Use sales tracking systems and Salesforce.com to monitor progress and results.
