Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative I - IP&E to define markets, build key relationships, and drive solution selling in the Oklahoma and Arkansas regions with travel across the territories. You will promote Arrow’s value-add services and manage end-to-end account plans.

The role requires 2 years of components sales experience, a 4-year degree (or equivalent), and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of components sales experience.
• Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in OK/AR/TX with travel across Oklahoma and Arkansas.
• Develop strategic plans and sell Arrow offerings across supplier lines.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) for major customers to grow sales and improve service.
• Promote Arrow value-adds including supply chain and full lifecycle programs; use SalesForce.com and Oracle systems.
