Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive strategic sales in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas markets from Dallas/Fort Worth. You will develop key relationships, promote Arrow’s full life cycle programs, and lead strategic reviews with major customers to expand opportunities.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with some in-office days in Dallas and the rest on the road or remote, offering a compensation plan with variable OTE tied to

Qualifications

• 2 years of components sales experience within our industry is required.
• Must already live in Dallas/Fort Worth
• Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas market, with this position based out of Dallas/Fort Worth; plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure a solid foundation for solution selling.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs; maintain relationships with customer contacts to drive design opportunities and address business challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
