Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Field Sales Representative I for IP&E to drive growth across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. The role involves planning market strategies, building relationships with engineering and vendor contacts, and delivering full Arrow solutions including supply chain services.

The position is remote-friendly with travel to Dallas 1–2 times monthly and 3–4 days per week within the territory. A 4-year degree and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of components sales experience within the industry.
• Must already live in the Oklahoma territory.
• Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in OK, AR, and TX with travel primarily in OK and AR.
• Plan strategy and develop key relationships to enable solution selling.
• Promote Arrow offerings and manage internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and major customer QBRs.
• Support supply chain and pricing programs and build relationships with key suppliers.
