Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Pennsylvania is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to define markets, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue in an electronics-focused territory.

You will work with engineers and designers to specify and resolve board designs, promote Arrow’s full lifecycle programs, and lead quarterly reviews with major customers to unlock additional opportunities. Hybrid work with in-office 1 day/week in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field sales or account development experience.
• Experience with interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Proven multitasking and self-scheduling skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing reps and suppliers.
• Skilled in generating on-demand solutions and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory; plan strategy and develop key relationships.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services.
• Interact with vendors and customers in a technical environment; understand pricing programs and models in electronics.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and present plans to grow sales and improve service.
• Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional opportunities.
• Promote and sell Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
