Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Bloomington, Minnesota is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - Semiconductor to define markets, plan strategies and build key relationships to drive solution selling and customer satisfaction in a technical environment.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate with engineers on board designs, promote Arrow's supply chain and lifecycle programs, and work within a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years related experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and execute them.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical setting; understanding pricing programs in electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory; develop relationships to support solution selling.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote Arrow products and services; work with engineers to specify and resolve board designs.
• Track sales using systems like Salesforce.com; participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE.
