Job summary

Arrow Electronics, a global leader in technology solutions, seeks a Field Sales Representative II to drive growth in the Detroit Metro area from Michigan. This remote-friendly role requires strategic account planning and solution selling across markets.

You will manage pricing programs, build relationships, and deliver quarterly business reviews with major customers. Travel to Arrow offices as needed is expected. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

5-7 years field sales experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition).
Recent electronic components distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy, and developing all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer serviceability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
