The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, and requires 5–7 years of field sales experience and knowledge of Arrow’s full lifecycle programs. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a 60/40 work split and one day in the Phoenix office.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of field sales experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the electronics components industry.
• Knowledge of Phoenix market/territory and competition.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow’s value-add, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
• Experience articulating complex strategies and executing them.
• Familiarity with pricing programs in electronics.
• Experience with vendors and customers in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the Phoenix area.
• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Prepare quarterly reports and implement sales growth initiatives.
• Work with engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions.
• Operate within a sales compensation plan with OTE-based incentives.
