Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Denver, CO, to drive growth by defining markets, developing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships for solution selling across Arrow’s offerings and supplier lines.

You will lead quarterly business reviews with major customers to unlock opportunities, promote value-added supply chain programs, and collaborate with vendors in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Field sales experience strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
• Sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
• Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales.
• Promote and sell value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs; build relationships with suppliers; use sales tracking systems like Salesforce and Oracle.
• Note: A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals; 60% base, 40% commission.
