Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the Milwaukee area, defining markets and building strategic customer relationships. You will collaborate with engineers to tailor solutions and prepare quarterly business reviews, delivering sales growth while ensuring customer success.

The role offers an onsite-heavy schedule with a 60/40 split and an OTE-based compensation structure. A strong benefits package accompanies the position for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of the electronic components industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (customers, competition).
• Ability to promote Arrow's value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and sell Arrow’s offerings.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports with implementations on sales growth.
• Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers.
