Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the US-WI Wisconsin region. The role focuses on defining markets, planning sales strategies, developing key relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with engineers to deliver tailored solutions.

You will be part of a 60/40 split with onsite in Milwaukee on Mondays and visits to customers and suppliers the rest of the week, offering a comprehensive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth.
• Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers.
