The role focuses on building customer, supplier and vendor relationships, leveraging data analysis to guide decisions, and delivering value through engineering and service excellence.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (office days Tue–Thu for Panorama Office, remote Mon and Fri) with a total compensation range of $115,800 to $180,403 annually, including commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a 4-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree
• Experience managing a team is strongly preferred
• Experience selling technology solutions; Citrix experience preferred
• Experience working with partners in the IT sales channel

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; make recommendations to General Manager/Sales Director
• Manage and mentor sales staff; recruit, train and develop team
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors; communicate at all levels
• Lead branch operations; budgeting and process improvements based on data
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with a 60/40 split (commission)
