2020 Companies is seeking a Field Operations Manager to partner with Intel in the Dallas area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client initiatives, process timecards, and generate insightful reports to drive performance and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to provide clear progress updates and risk mitigation strategies across operations, finance, and client teams.

Qualificações

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and manage client initiatives.
• Process employee timecards and generate activity and insights reports.
• Provide in-depth analysis of program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile, audit, and report expenses, financial records, and labor hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver reports to department heads and directors with insights on efficiency.
• Assist with client service issues and timely resolution.
• Consult with Program Leadership on field-team issues and policy adherence.
• Advise stakeholders on progress, risk, and mitigations.
• Facilitate staffing and onboarding for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with Advocacy on onboarding path.
• Develop and maintain team schedules and ensure coverage.
• Audit shift compliance and adherence to standards.
• Support RM activities like store visits and training.
• Provide direction, training, and retention focus.
• Attend meetings and travel as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
