Qualifications

• Approximately 4–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation or similar operating environments.
• Strong training in structured problem-solving with clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities suitable for senior leadership decisions.
• Desire to move from advising to building and operating scalable solutions.
• Commercial acumen and ability to connect operational, customer and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex priorities that affect growth, performance or scale.
• Structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear decisions and actions.
• Develop practical recommendations grounded in data and frontline realities.
• Work with functional, market and senior leaders to define priorities and momentum.
• Make sound decisions with incomplete information and limited resources.
• Own initiatives end to end from diagnosis to measurable results.
• Translate decisions into practical implementation plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Collaborate with execution teams rather than handing off after analysis.
• Use data and frontline insight to identify constraints and improve outcomes quickly.
• Track results and intervene to keep initiatives on course.
• Build processes, tools, cadences and accountability for sustained improvements.
• Improve management systems, dashboards and decision frameworks for accountability.
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination across markets and levels of seniority.
