Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Exceptional written communication skills for professional correspondence and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience developing SOPs and improving workflows.
• Ability to travel periodically within Texas.

Responsabilités

• Support executive leadership in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and improve SOPs, policies, and internal workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to boost productivity.
• Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, policies, and reports.
