Job summary

Electra Link, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for our Dallas location.

You will ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and resourcing to meet customer expectations, safety, quality, and financial goals. You will collaborate with the General Manager, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other departments to remove obstacles and maintain consistent execution across projects, balancing people, projects, resources, and accountability to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction or related project-based environments.
• 3+ years leading field operations or multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower planning, labor productivity, materials, and field operations.
• Experience leading and developing Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers or similar operational teams.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Low-voltage/structured cabling or data-center construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across assigned projects and ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings and follow-up activities; monitor schedule, manpower, materials, and financial performance.
• Plan and coordinate labor requirements; partner with HR for recruiting and staffing; manage short-term labor allocation.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries; ensure tools and equipment are available and maintained; manage site logistics.
• Support safety, QA/QC and ensure compliance; promote safety-first, quality-driven culture.
• Lead the ongoing development of Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams; provide coaching and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and adopt new tools and technologies.
