Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred or 3+ years in 3PL/retail ops.
• Strong operations and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ethical, professional standards in a business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed; ability to travel regionally.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and client initiatives.
• Process employee timecards and generate activity/insights reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
• Provide in-depth analysis of program performance and identify improvements.
• Reconcile, audit, and report expenses, financials, and labor hours vs budgets.
• Set up systems for new employees and projects; deliver leadership reports.
• Advise stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to onboarding through new-hire training and feedback.
