Zipline in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Field Ops Special Projects Manager to lead high-profile partnerships and complex field initiatives. You will align external partners with internal teams to deliver initiatives safely, reliably, and on schedule.

You’ll serve as the accountable operational lead for selected strategic partnerships, building relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding readiness from agreement to execution. Willingness to travel to partner sites is expected.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading complex partnerships or field programs.
• Experience managing senior external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to move from strategy to execution with measurable results.
