Job summary

Frontline Source Group client in Bedford, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive process improvements, and align cross-functional teams across multiple locations. You will partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and optimize internal workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in operations or related fields, exceptional written communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in operations, project management, or property management.
• Exceptional written communication across levels.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving workflows.
• Ability to travel periodically across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership in managing daily operations, organizational priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, policies, and internal workflows.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve consistency and productivity.
• Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, policies, training materials, reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate company-wide projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Partner with regional supervisors and property management teams to support operational performance across multiple locations.
• Monitor operational metrics such as occupancy, collections, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Support employee onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with organizing leadership meetings, company events, and employee development programs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and organizational updates.
• Maintain strong communication between corporate leadership and field operations.
• Participate in property visits, operational reviews, and special projects.
