John H. Carter Company is seeking an Outside Sales professional for Maintenance Service Sales. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, building lasting relationships, and driving service solutions during outages and maintenance events.

You will coordinate with internal teams, identify opportunities, and craft sales strategies to grow bookings and profitability across the service portfolio.

Formación

• Experience in industrial or adjacent segment outside sales or engineering/maintenance/process control in a process plant is preferred.
• Strong technical background in process control, instrumentation, electrical and automated service solutions.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of Emerson Process Management offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer and market needs and build enduring relationships.
• Identify outages and service opportunities and coordinate with account managers.
• Develop account plans, sales strategies and business justifications.
• Lead internal teams to deliver increased customer loyalty and profitable growth.
