Qualifications

• Background in customer service and/or sales.
• Prior experience in mechanical repair preferred.
• Ability to sell value-added products and services.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to install, repair, and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed routing efficiency, maintenance standards and account retention goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe and functioning.
• Conduct installations, removals and after-hours service calls as needed.
• Ensure account retention within the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities for additional products based on customer needs.
• Document service results and inventory using handheld devices.
• Replenish and maintain inventory and assist with coverage as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards in all tasks.
• Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks on time.
