P1 Service, LLC is seeking a Proactive Solutions Sales Consultant to develop and grow our preventative maintenance and service business throughout the Des Moines market. This on-site role will be based out of our Des Moines, IA office and involves prospecting, developing sales plans, engaging leads, and closing facility maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated record of success selling services or intangible offerings.
• Self-disciplined, results driven and accustomed to high performance.
• Desire and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.

Responsabilités

• Plans, efficiently schedules appointments and manages time to maximize productivity.
• Prospecting and consultative selling.
• Develops and sustains a continuous prospecting process to identify and contact qualified leads.
• Uses consultative selling techniques to determine prospects, customer needs and to match capabilities to those needs.
• Writes proposals, makes sales presentations and closes sales contracts.
• Manages prospect and customer relations throughout the sales cycle and monitors satisfaction with maintenance service.
