Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage a territory of independent agents across Florida. You will develop and execute sales strategies, cross-sell Kemper Auto products, and drive growth through strong agency relationships.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, 1+ year in commercial insurance, a Business/Marketing degree, and bilingual English/Spanish. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required with 1+ years of Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
• Working knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Effective communication skills and be an acceptable public speaker.
• Must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Intermediate to advanced ability to manipulate, segment and interpret report data through spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Influencing Agent Behavior: Implements and executes sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals.
• Agency Diagnostics and Cross Selling: Identifies opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products and identified agencies needs aligned with Kemper Auto offerings.
• Agency Management and Support: Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents.
• Collaboration and Mentoring: Actively participates in regional strategy meetings to develop and lead execution of business goals.
