Job summary

Noblis is seeking Project Managers to facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA, focusing on non-technical aspects of the order projects. They oversee project management processes and develop templates and artifacts used by the team.

The role includes programmatic support, tracking deliverables and milestones, QA/QC over the FAA’s Enterprise Project Management tool, and coordinating with customers to determine support needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management across government orders and telecom/endpoints.
• Ability to develop and apply standard templates and artifacts.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with project integration, scope, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA, focusing on non‑technical aspects.
• Develop a project plan for each assigned service order project.
• Oversee integration, scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk management.
• QA/QC over FAA tools like Status Tracker and Quad Charts; triage support requests.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and team performance; coordinate with customers.
