Job summary

Noblis seeks Project Managers to facilitate FAA telecom service orders, focusing on non-technical aspects of the order projects. They develop a project plan, based on a standard template, for each assigned service order and oversee all PM processes to meet FAA expectations.

Responsibilities include programmatic support, tracking of milestones, meetings, and status reports; QA/QC of tooling; triage with the customer; and coordination with staff and stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of project management experience
• Or Masters Degree with 3 years of professional relevant experience
• Associates and an additional 2 years of professional relevant experience
• Or Highschool degree and 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, up / over / down)
• Ability to develop and apply standards, tools and templates and tailor them as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA focusing on non-technical aspects of the order projects
• Develop a project plan based on a standard template for each assigned service order project
• Oversee all aspects of project management required for successful completion including integration, scope, schedule, quality, resources, stakeholders, communication and risk management
• Monitor and control each project per FAA customer expectations; maintain templates and standard artifacts used by the team
• Provide programmatic support: day-to-day tracking of ongoing projects, deliverables, milestones, meetings, and status reports; triage requests for support; initial customer contact for level of support
