Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associates and an additional 2 years of relevant experience.
• High school degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, up / over / down).
• Ability to develop and apply standards, tools and templates and tailor them as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA focusing on non-technical aspects.
• Develop and maintain a project plan based on a standard template for each service order project.
• Monitor and control projects to meet FAA customer expectations and manage scope, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Provide QA/QC over tools and triage requests, and engage with customers to determine needed support.
