Job summary

Noblis is seeking Project Managers to facilitate FAA telecom service orders, focusing on non-technical aspects and program governance. You will develop project plans, manage scope and schedule, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities include QA/QC of tools, tracking milestones, and guiding the team from initiation to completion. Strong communication and template-driven approaches are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) in a relevant field plus 6+ years PM experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to tailor standards and templates to FAA projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans using standard templates for each service order.
• Oversee all PM activities: scope, schedule, cost, risk, communications.
• QA/QC FAA Enterprise tools, Status Tracker, and triage support requests.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder communications across teams.
• Engage with customers to determine level of support needed for each project.
