Job summary

Noblis and our subsidiaries deliver advanced solutions to federal missions. We seek Project Managers to facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA, focusing on non-technical aspects and developing project plans from templates.

You’ll oversee all PM tasks, QA/QC, and customer interactions to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. We work with defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies; remote/hybrid status may change with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of experience managing projects.
• Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associates plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Highschool degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, up/over/down).
• Ability to develop and apply standards, tools, templates and tailor them as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telecom service orders for the FAA focusing on non-technical aspects.
• Develop and maintain a project plan for each service order project.
• Oversee all project management aspects: integration, scope, schedule, quality, resources, stakeholders, communication, risk.
• Provide programmatic support: tracking projects, deliverables, milestones, meetings, status reports.
• QA/QC over the FAA’s Enterprise Project Management tools and triage customer support needs.
