SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Starlink Account Manager (Canadian Federal) to manage a robust federal portfolio from onboarding to growth. You will ensure contract compliance, resolve issues swiftly, and identify opportunities to expand enterprise relationships.

The role requires strong government-account experience, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from contract signature onwards (onboarding, ongoing account management, retention and growth).
• Deliver impeccable customer service, resolve issues promptly, and manage expectations.
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Retain and grow account value and forecasted revenue.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks.
