Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager (US Federal) to own the interface from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing management. You will focus on delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and driving growth within a robust federal government portfolio.

This role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure commitments are executable, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining revenue through strategic account stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in business or account management with government exposure.
• 4+ years in account management / customer success / operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for federal government customers from contract signature onwards.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Gather feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Retain and grow account value and forecasted revenue.
• Lead internal coordination with other teams on strategy and execution.
• Identify process improvements to accelerate growth and scale.
