Qualifications

• BS/BA in management, journalism, English, or related discipline OR 5+ years of proposal management experience.
• Experience managing and developing proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
• Proposal experience in engineering and/or environmental industries.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategy sessions for opportunities, accounts, geographies.
• Lead proposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy development.
• Budget and track level of effort for proposal team.
• Coordinate with technical and support staff to develop compliant content.
• Manage timelines and client requirements across pursuit lifecycle.
