Emerging Tech, LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks a Director of Business Development to lead federal capture, BD, and account growth. This full-time, exempt role offers hybrid/remote work with time spent in the DC office.

The successful candidate will own the opportunity pipeline across federal agencies, coordinate teaming, pricing, staffing, and proposal development, and report to executive leadership. You will leverage 8(a) and SDVOSB certifications to access sole-source and set-aside

Qualificações

• 7+ years in government BD, capture, or proposals.
• Proven federal contract wins as prime or major sub.
• Experience building/managing federal opportunity pipelines.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and small business contracting incl. 8(a).
• Experience reporting BD metrics, forecasts, revenue targets.
• Strong writing, communication, and proposal skills.
• Experience building relationships with federal customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain qualified opportunity pipeline across federal agencies.
• Lead capture strategies and go/no-go decisions.
• Own BD process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Coordinate teaming, pricing inputs, staffing, and proposals.
• Drive account growth and recompete positioning.
• Develop account strategies aligning ET capabilities with customer missions.
• Represent ET at industry days and government engagements.
