Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal government and defense marketing/sales or related role, especially DHS space.
• Experience managing a book of business across BD, capture, pipeline and proposals.
• Experience identifying and capturing moderately complex DHS opportunities and differentiators.

Responsibilities

• Create Federal Commercial and Defense Agency BD strategies.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to Agility capabilities and growth strategies.
• Define and execute capture plans; develop customer needs and win themes.
• Lead interactions with client executives to understand major requirements and strategies.
• Support proposal development as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and competitors.
