Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in federal business development, account management, or strategic growth.
• Proven track record of winning new business and expanding contracts.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior government executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of iCatalyst capabilities and articulate value to Federal Agency mission needs.
• Drive growth opportunities across federal agency Lines of Business and stakeholder orgs.
• Manage executive relationships with federal agency leaders and decision-makers.
• Position iCatalyst for strategic advantage via account growth strategies and tailored messaging.
• Support contract retention, recompete, and expansion through capture strategies.
• Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline with measurable growth targets.
• Provide strategic market intelligence to leadership and align cross-functional teams.
