Job summary

Attain Talent seeks a Senior Capture Manager to identify, qualify, and pursue federal opportunities across civilian and DoD portfolios. You will own the full BD lifecycle—from market shaping to capture planning and proposal hand-off—driving revenue pipeline and win rate.

The ideal candidate brings a strong federal network, deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, and a proven record in prime and subcontract awards. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and supports hybrid, US-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of federal government BD and/or capture management experience with a track record of winning.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement cycles.
• Experience developing capture plans, competitive assessments, and price-to-win analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities through market research, agency engagement, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, and events.
• Lead capture efforts from identification through proposal kickoff with clear win themes.
• Cultivate relationships with contracting officers, program managers, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce records and support BD metrics and forecasts.
