You will cross-sell HVAC, lighting, electrical, turf and landscaping, and parking management while partnering with a seasoned operations team. After site Walks, you will create and price proposals with a Proposal Specialist and present customized and dynamic sales presentations featuring bundled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Secures meetings with facility maintenance, procurement and executive leadership across the target client base.
• Cross-sells services such as HVAC, lighting, electrical, turf & landscaping, and parking management.
• Collaborates with an experienced operations team and a Proposal Specialist to create and price tailored proposals.
• Prepares and presents customized and dynamic sales presentations with bundled solutions.
