ABM is seeking a Facility Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong manufacturing experience to drive client engagements in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves meeting with facility maintenance, procurement and executive leadership to discuss benefits of ABM's services and to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing facilities and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to engage with facility maintenance, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Experience in developing proposals and presenting bundled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic selling with facility teams and an operations group.
• Create effective proposals with pricing supported by a Proposal Specialist.
• Present customized, dynamic sales presentations and coordinate bundled solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
