ABM Industries Inc. seeks a Facility SME with manufacturing knowledge to engage facility maintenance, procurement, and executive leadership within manufacturing facilities.

You will cross-sell HVAC, lighting, electrical, turf & landscaping, and parking management, leading a team-oriented sales approach alongside an experienced operations team. You will own the strategic selling process, secure site walks, evaluate needs, and deliver customized proposals with expert pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to cross-sell services beyond janitorial and engineering.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales to executives.
• Strong proposal development and pricing support.
