Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, campuses or client portfolios. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate services with clients, tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial management, vendor oversight, and a focus on safety and efficiency across the portfolio. A Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of FM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 8–10 years facility management experience; at least 3 years at Senior/Manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with HR and performance management processes.
• Experience with critical system environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, campus or portfolio.
• Manage service contracts, cost control, and contract compliance; lead periodic financial reviews.
• Lead the facilities management team in maintenance programs and interior/exterior upkeep.
• Ensure responsive service to client and tenant requests; manage vendor relations.
• Prepare and report budgets, forecasts, and business plans; support capital budgets and 5-year plans.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis of metrics to drive cost savings and improvements.
• Hire, train and evaluate facility management staff; drive employee engagement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.
