Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee operations at client facilities in Texas. You will lead multiple service lines, manage budgets, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in facilities or operations management, excellent client relations, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office. The position is on-site with regular business hours and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in facilities/operations or property management.
• Experience leading multiple facility service lines in a commercial setting.
• Proven client relationship and leadership experience.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong vendor management, contract administration, and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee facility operations and service delivery across assigned properties.
• Manage integrated services including maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and office support.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, including cost controls and reporting.
• Oversee vendor/contract management and procurement activities.
• Lead and develop facility teams, promoting safety and accountability.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain related documentation.
