JLL in Lawrence, NJ seeks a Facilities Planner/Scheduler to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across our portfolio. You will build schedules in CMMS, manage technician availability, and ensure work is properly scoped, prioritized, and resourced with safety in mind.

Collaborating with procurement, vendors and site stakeholders, you’ll monitor backlogs and KPIs, generate labor and parts estimates, and maintain asset history and documentation to support reliable, compliant operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related scheduling roles.
• Experience using a CMMS (Maximo, Corrigo, or similar).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, and minor projects.
• Review work requests for scope, priority, labor, materials and safety.
• Build schedules using CMMS.
• Coordinate technician availability, contractors, access, shutdowns, and occupant communications.
• Create work orders, job plans, task lists, labor estimates, parts lists, and standard procedures.
• Monitor backlog, schedule compliance, KPIs, and preventive maintenance completion.
• Maintain asset history, permits, warranties, and contractor documentation.
