JLL is seeking a Facilities Planner/Scheduler in Lawrence, NJ to coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance across our portfolio. You will work with technicians, contractors, and internal stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and resource preventive, corrective, and project work.

The role requires CMMS familiarity, strong scheduling and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate across teams. On-site duties and safety compliance are essential, with a focus on minimizing downtime and

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in facilities maintenance, planning, or scheduling roles.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo, Corrigo) and basic building systems knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, detail oriented and dependable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and minor projects.
• Review work requests for scope, priority, and resources including safety needs.
• Build daily to long-range maintenance schedules using a CMMS.
• Coordinate technician and contractor availability and site access.
• Create work orders, task lists, and parts requirements with standard procedures.
• Monitor backlog, KPI trends, and schedule compliance; adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of asset history, permits, warranties, and docs.
