Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking a Pre-construction Project Scheduler to join the Project Management team. You will develop, analyze, and maintain detailed, data-driven schedules across conceptual design through contract award, coordinating with Estimating, Capital Planning, Technical Services and PMs.

This on-site role requires CPM proficiency (Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet), strong analytical skills, and the ability to present schedule status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling with a focus on preconstruction for commercial or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet; strong CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed pre-construction schedules across project phases (conceptual to contract award).
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and mitigation strategies using data insights.
• Collaborate with PMO, estimators, and stakeholders; produce dashboards and KPIs.
• Present schedule status and risks to leadership with clear, executive-level summaries.
• Support SOPs development and mentorship on scheduling practices.
