Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical projects and facilities. You will develop detailed project schedules, perform schedule analyses, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of capital projects up to $1B+.

You’ll work with cost managers, design teams, and contractors to maintain baseline schedules and communicate status. The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, CPM scheduling knowledge, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years of direct scheduling/controls experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Experience with capital projects, especially large-scale ($500M+).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Preferred PSP/PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create WBS, durations, logic, and baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance and conduct critical path/float analysis.
• Prepare schedule reports and visuals for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PMs, design teams, and contractors for integration.
• Support risk assessment and schedule mitigation planning.
