Job summary

JLL is seeking an accomplished Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical projects and facilities. This role develops and maintains detailed project schedules, conducts schedule analysis, and coordinates with project teams to ensure timely delivery of capital projects and facility improvements.

You will perform critical path and float analysis, monitor schedule performance, prepare status reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of direct relevant experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience with capital projects valued at hundreds of millions USD.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for assigned capital projects.
• Create WBS and activity codes aligned with project requirements.
• Define durations, logic, constraints, and dependencies from project teams.
• Incorporate procurement milestones and long-lead items into schedules.
• Update schedules regularly based on progress and scope changes.
• Develop look-ahead schedules (2- to 3-month) for planning.
• Coordinate inputs from trade contractors and design disciplines.
