Job summary

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical capital projects and facilities. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, perform schedule analysis, and coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects up to multi-billion dollar value.

The role requires strong technical proficiency in scheduling software, CPM knowledge, and the ability to communicate schedule status to stakeholders across cost, design, and contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of direct relevant experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 EPPM or P6 Professional).
• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles and techniques.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for capital construction projects valued at $500M-$5B.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify schedule trends, risks, and performance issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting to project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing multiple project assignments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
• Collaborative team player with ability to coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and maintain version control across lifecycle.
• Conduct critical path analysis and monitor schedule performance against baselines.
• Prepare schedule status reports and visual presentations for varied audiences.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple contractors and design disciplines.
• Identify schedule risks, analyze impacts, and propose mitigation actions.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and client specs.
• Collaborate with project managers, cost managers, and commissioning teams.
