Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of multiple facilities, campus or portfolio sites.

You will lead a team of facilities staff, ensure compliance with policies, manage budgets and contracts, and act as the primary liaison with clients to optimize service delivery. The role requires 8–10 years of facility management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in leasing, construction and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Experience with leasing, construction and all facets of property operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, including custodial, life-safety, engineering and general maintenance.
• Manage service contracts, review performance and financials, and ensure contract pricing alignment.
• Lead the facilities management team in maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Provide timely responses to client and tenant requests and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and capital plans.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting on KPIs, cost savings and service improvements.
• Hire, train, evaluate and develop staff to drive operational excellence.
