Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a campus or portfolio, leading a facilities team and coordinating with client leadership and vendors.

The role emphasizes contract oversight, budget management, service delivery, and reporting. Travel up to 25-35% nationwide and collaboration across internal platforms are expected for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM/CRE/PM or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the facilities manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation.
• Experience with human resources and performance management processes.
• CMMS/Work Order management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, campus or portfolio to ensure services meet requirements.
• Manage service contracts, conduct audits, and ensure contract pricing is followed.
• Lead the facility management team for maintenance programs and appearance of facilities.
• Ensure responsive communication with clients and building tenants/occupants.
• Oversee contract reviews to align client, tenant, and owner needs.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditures.
